Golden Poppy Productions tackled the issues of body image head on in a made-for-TV film called “Changing Rooms.” The movie aired on KTEH Channel 54/Cable 10 in San Francisco and on the show “video I” spotlighting independent films and directors in the San Francisco Bay Area.

No-kill animal shelter in Utah, rescuing and housing a variety of furry and feathered friends.

Project Homeless Connect

Project Homeless Connect (PHC) offers homeless people a “one stop shopping” opportunity every other month with a variety of social services agencies, medical and legal help, administrative assistance and even veterinary care and wheelchair repair for free. Project Homeless connect is a national best practice model that originated in San Francisco and is now implemented in 32 cities across the United States.

Fisher House
Fisher House offers low-cost and free housing to families of injured military personnel while the injured military personnel undergoes treatment or rehabilitation.

Operation Helping Hand

Operation Helping Hand coordinates volunteers and resources to help victims of Hurricane Katrina, in the greater New Orleans area, who can not afford to rebuild their homes.
